At STAFIDE, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software applications through effective testing strategies and methodologies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in functional testing and quality assurance. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in testing TAP applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage extensive knowledge of testing methodologies and types of testing to identify potential issues early in the development process.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and documentation to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize advanced testing tools to identify, document, and resolve defects effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous learning within the team to maintain high standards in testing practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality assurance objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on functional testing.
  • Expertise in TAP applications, testing methodologies, and test management.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and time management abilities.
  • A proven ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic team environments.
