About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team at Kyndryl Nederland B.V. As a key member of our Consult business, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation for our clients and helping them achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex consulting engagements and drive value-based outcomes for our clients
  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of consultants and practitioners
  • Forge senior-level relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, program and/or project management at a senior leadership level
  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Financial Services and Insurance market
  • Proficient with technology and demonstrating a high level of tech-savviness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firms
  • Subject-matter expertise in areas such as Cloud, Mainframe, Networking, and Edge
  • Experience in sales cycles across multiple offering solutions and exposure to a diverse set of client proposals
