Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist - Data Platform to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. As a key member of our digital product teams, you will design operating models, deploy, automate, and operate critical pieces of cloud infrastructures.

• Design and implement cloud architectures for our digital products, considering security, availability, latency, and performance requirements.
• Develop agile and efficient software development life cycles, including source code branching strategies and automated integration and deployment pipelines.
• Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to assess business impact, non-functional requirements, and shape support models.
• Instrument the technical stack end-to-end, develop alerting mechanisms, and plan for capacity adjustments.
• Guide and mentor engineers across the organization through technical guidance, pair programming, code reviews, and sharing best practices.

• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience in digital product organizations, making an impact as an individual contributor.
• Expertise in cloud engineering, networking, software security, release and operations management.
• Significant exposure to large public clouds, ideally Azure.
• Mastery of Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent software engineering skills and practitioner of agile software development.
• A high level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A genuine care for climate neutrality.

We provide a gross annual salary between €79,000 and €108,000, including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role, a bonus or collective profit sharing. You will also have opportunities for personal and professional growth, hybrid working arrangements, and flexible schedules.
