Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at T-Systems Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Cloud and SAP solutions to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing contract fulfillment, customer relationships, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high. This will involve regular communication, issue resolution, and feedback management.
  • Growth and Strategy: Collaborate with our sales teams to develop strategies that drive customer growth and adoption of our Cloud and SAP portfolios. This will involve analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities, and developing targeted solutions.
  • Account and Financial Management: Take ownership of customer accounts, including managing the P&L, offer pricing, and GP approval. You will also be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, from fulfillment to compliance.
  • Contract and Claim Management: Oversee contract management and handle any claims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining financial KPIs.
  • Leadership and Global Collaboration: Lead a distributed team in a global delivery model, ensuring seamless collaboration across borders to deliver value to our customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of IT experience in cloud, SAP, or related technologies
  • Experience in IT portfolio management across multiple disciplines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and growth
  • Service management knowledge (e.g., ITSM) and relevant certifications are a plus
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • A commercial attitude and a proactive, customer-centric mindset
