Job Title: Supervisor RA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor RA to join our team at RSM. As a Supervisor RA, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and providing expert guidance on financial matters.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for planning and executing audits, providing financial guidance to clients, and leading a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance on financial matters
  • Plan and execute audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide financial guidance to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong background in accounting and auditing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
