Job Title: Lecturer Revenue Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Revenue Management to join our team at NHL Stenden Hotel Management School. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of Revenue Management, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge in this area.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Management, with experience in teaching and training students. You will be responsible for designing and delivering curriculum, assessing student performance, and providing feedback and guidance to students. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the school's academic programs and participate in departmental and school-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in Revenue Management, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge in this area.
  • Design and deliver curriculum, including lectures, workshops, and assessments.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback and guidance to students.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's academic programs and participate in departmental and school-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong background in Revenue Management, with experience in teaching and training students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
