Job Description

As a Maintenance Specialist at Arcadis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our clients' infrastructure assets. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on the 'operate & maintain' phase of built assets, with a specific emphasis on complex and challenging maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure asset reliability
  • Provide input on performance-based contracts and work with contractors to deliver high-quality maintenance services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, technical business administration, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in maintenance management, preferably in a commercial organization
  • Knowledge of maintenance methodologies, including RCM, FMECA, and RAMS analyses
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
