About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 20-40 colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including financial targets and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from €3,200 to €4,000 per month.
  • Tips between €700 and €900 per month.
  • Travel expense reimbursement up to €250 per month.
