Job Description

As an Electrical Systems Design Engineer at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for developing and refining Busbar system designs for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with colleagues to create technical designs using 3D tools, ensuring all project specifications are met. Your role will also involve collaborating with clients to maintain proactive contact, providing updates on progress and managing expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and attending Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), offering technical support throughout the project lifecycle. You will also prepare necessary project documents and ensure all designs and processes meet safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

We are looking for an Electrical Systems Design Engineer with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in electrical systems design and project management. You should have strong knowledge of low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems, including Busbar Systems. Experience working with 3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) to create electrical layouts is also required. You should be able to address design issues, including layout, component selection, fire safety, and electrical auxiliary systems. Proactive teamwork and communication skills are essential for maintaining client relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
