Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance activities on the shopfloor.
  • Ensure manufacturing compliance with applicable procedures and batch records.
  • Review manufacturing batch records in real-time.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and revise procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure quality goals are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, chemistry, biology, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a Quality Assurance role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality processes, including material disposition, change control, product complaints, deviations, investigations, and CAPA management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
