Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor sophisticated logistics systems on behalf of WITRON.
  • Assume responsibility for a specific area within the automated logistics workflow, providing assistance to fellow operators, resolving disruptions, and conducting comprehensive quality checks.
  • Execute first-line maintenance to promptly and effectively resolve machine issues.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment.
  • Oversee the production system, making necessary adjustments to ensure peak performance.
  • Take advantage of the chance to work with innovative systems.
  • Be comfortable working at heights as part of your duties.
  • Actively share improvement ideas, collaborating with colleagues and other departments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • MBO diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A practical mindset and eagerness to acquire new skills.
