Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by obtaining the necessary authorizations and ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorization and Reimbursement: Verify prescriptions, enter them into the system (SAP), and obtain authorizations from insurance companies.
- Customer Support: Assist the sales team with questions about orders and patient cases, handle incoming customer calls, and manage daily mail and customer emails.
- Order Processing: Prepare and send letters to insurance companies, follow up on their timelines and patient needs, and process patient orders.
- Claims and Denials: Investigate claim denials by communicating with insurance companies and clearly explain coverage details and payment options to patients.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with sales teams to educate them about reimbursement issues in their areas and build relationships with insurance companies and patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Enter sales orders, manage customer information in SAP, and process product sample requests.
- Language: Fluency in German and English is a MUST.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in Customer Care or Reimbursement roles.
- Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, persistence, attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Software: Proficiency in SAP and intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
