Front Office Internship Opportunity

MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Intern to join our team. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for creating a memorable stay for our guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Program

  • You will act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests.
  • You will be in charge of the welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create the best experience for our guests.
  • You will respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities, and additional services.
  • You will take care of operational and administrative tasks, such as invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, and quality checks.
  • You will work in a team and in close contact with the other departments (F&B Management, Housekeeping, Service Center).

Your Profile

  • You are following a MBO study program in Hotel Management, Front Office, Hospitality, or Tourism.
  • You are a EU/EEA passport holder.
  • You are available for an internship for a minimum of 16 weeks.
  • You are flexible and open to different cultures.
  • You speak English well and hospitality is perfectly suited to you.
