About the Role

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and providing administrative support to senior executives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communication: Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and visitor management.
  • Meeting Organization: Assist with meeting preparation, booking rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring smooth event execution.

  • Asset Management: Oversee company equipment, maintain inventory records, and facilitate off-boarding processes.
