About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our European RTC and embedding global best practices in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on liquidity, investment, and borrowing activities
  • Collaborate with international Lineage businesses on Treasury topics
  • Work closely with Tax, Legal, Accounting, and the US Treasury team on operational tasks and cross-departmental projects
  • Prepare and provide in-depth analysis related to cash, cash flow, accounts receivable credit, and collections
  • Manage the document trail related to bank account opening, compliance, and reporting, KYC, AML, and bank account administration
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls specific to Treasury and AR
  • Become a key user of our TMS (Kyriba) and support further process developments
  • Manage the daily operation of our European core cash-management structure, including the Inhouse-Bank and physical and notional pooling structures
  • Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses onto the Lineage platform
  • Support the implementation of and monitor compliance with Treasury and AR policies
Requirements
  • Strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills
  • Experience with Treasury Management System(s) and Banking Platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel (professional level)
  • Well organized, detail oriented, flexible, comfortable working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Affinity with Kyriba, Power-BI, Workday
  • Dutch language with an additional language like Spanish or Italian
