About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce engineering, including a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom Salesforce applications, features, and integrations using various Salesforce technologies.
- Manage and maintain existing Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process builder to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct regular system audits and identify areas for improvement to optimize Salesforce performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II is a plus.
Interview Process:
The interview process consists of two stages: a technical assessment and a final assessment. Both stages will evaluate your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
