In de rol van Digitale Marketing Specialist ben je de primaire contactpersoon voor externe partners en resellers, waarbij je op operationeel niveau samenwerkt om de doelstellingen van het museum te realiseren.

Je werkt nauw samen met zowel vaste als tijdelijke partners, zoals culturele organisaties en platforms. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van actuele content op hun platforms, het identificeren van kansen voor verbetering van de samenwerking en het evalueren van de impact van deze samenwerkingen.

Tevens beheer je onze ticketingsystemen en zorg je ervoor dat de informatie in deze systemen altijd actueel is. In samenwerking met ICT-collega's en brandmanagers zorg je voor een soepele gegevensstroom naar externe partners.

Je krijgt de vrijheid om nieuwe initiatieven te ontwikkelen en staat open voor innovatieve projecten binnen online marketing. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het verzamelen van informatie over ons programma;
  • Het aansturen en onderhouden van relaties met externe partners;
  • Het analyseren van gegevens en het optimaliseren van samenwerkingen;
  • Het beheren en inrichten van ticketingsystemen;
  • Het verbeteren van interne processen;
  • Het opzetten van nieuwe samenwerkingsverbanden;
  • Het bijdragen aan andere online projecten en teaminitiatieven.

Wat wij bieden:

  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de Museum cao, met een contract van minimaal een jaar en de mogelijkheid tot verlenging, voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. Het salaris ligt tussen € 2.963,- en € 3.763,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding, exclusief vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering.
