HARMAN International is a leading technology company that is rapidly expanding its operations. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Supply Chain team as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst.
Job Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Logistics Manager in providing KPIs, management reports, and ad-hoc projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with other analysts within the Operations department to develop reports and projects, and will support the Team Lead Supply Chain & Supply Chain Coordinators in their daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop reports to monitor daily activities of the Supply Chain department.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in Supply Chain and act on solving these bottlenecks.
- Provide, manage, and develop management reports and continuously look for developments on these reports.
- Develop Qlik sense reporting, maintain the existing reports, and manage the supply chain data in Qlik sense.
- Assist in the automation goals of the Supply Chain department.
- Document processes and procedures of the Supply Chain department.
- Support the team of Supply Chain Coordinators as necessary.
- Act as a backup in case any other Supply Chain Analyst is out of the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of logistics, e.g., supply chain management. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience within Supply Chain / Operations as an Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to operate independently.
- Affinity with digital applications and willingness to explore/adopt new applications.
- Deeply experienced in working cross-regionally and globally with a diverse, multi-cultural team.
- Positive, energetic, can-do attitude, self-starter, accountable, and takes ownership.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal), other European languages an advantage.
- Experience with MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, is a must.
