About the RoleAs a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience by managing and carrying out treatments. You will also assist in achieving sales targets, managing customer feedback, and ensuring compliance with current legislation and company standards.
- You will manage client experiences, including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
- You will interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team.
- You will assist the Spa Manager in meeting and exceeding department sales targets and ensure accurate sales recording.
- You will ensure health, safety, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations are complied with and spa rules are observed by members, clients, and guests.
To succeed in this role, you should possess relevant qualifications, at least 1 year of experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a luxury environment, and knowledge of beauty products. You should also demonstrate a positive attitude, good communication skills, commitment to delivering high customer service, commercial awareness, excellent grooming standards, flexibility, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- You should be knowledgeable about beauty products and have excellent English language skills in both writing and speaking.
- Candidate must be in possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands.
