Job Description:

Triodos Bank N.V. is seeking a skilled Impact Controller to join our team. As an Impact Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's mission and strategy by reporting on the non-financial impact in relation to the financial developments. Your primary responsibility will be to implement sector developments and guidelines on sustainability reporting, such as PCAF, SBTi, and CSRD, and to become an internal and external focal point for impact-related expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sector developments and guidelines on sustainability reporting
- Review large amounts of data, performing trend and scenario analysis, and quantifying transition paths
- Improve data and process maturity and challenge the reporting provided by the business
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting cycle from an integrated impact-risk-return perspective
- Report on (non-financial) targets, progress, and results to external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in controlling, financial, or sustainability reporting or similar roles, preferably from the financial sector
- Highly developed analytical and abstract thinking and reporting skills
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and skilled in Excel and tools for business analytics
- Ability to lead or play a role in strategic or regulatory projects
- Proficient level in English in both speaking and writing. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus
