Quality Systems Manager

At Danone, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Specialized Nutrition Division, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust food safety and quality management systems to ensure uncompromising food safety and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement food safety and quality management systems in line with business needs.
- Analyze and report on quality performance and system effectiveness to drive site quality performance and strategy.
- Translate and implement compliance to existing and new regulations, international standards, and Danone requirements.
- Manage customer/consumer feedback through investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement and maintain management of change to govern quality and food safety.
- Lead and develop the Quality Systems team.
- Participate in local or SN divisional projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in food technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or regulatory related functions.
- Strong experience in compliance and leadership.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, ISO, FSSC, IFS, BRC, GMP, USFDA, COKZ, etc.).
- Project management and cross-functional project experience.
- Internal and external audit experience.
- English fluency (speaking and writing), Dutch (speaking and writing) is appreciated.
