Job Description

Project Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of project control processes, templates, and tools necessary to establish an agreed baseline for cost and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptual Estimating and Planning: Develop and implement conceptual estimating and planning processes to ensure accurate cost and schedule estimates.
  • Cost Reporting and Earned Value Management: Create and manage cost reports, monitor earned value, and lead performance reviews to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to understand contract requirements and inclusions, and ensure compliance with project scope and budget.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management processes to ensure effective change control and minimize project disruptions.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Schedule Contingency Management: Determine and manage schedule contingency to ensure project deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of project controls experience.
  • Qualifications: A formal qualification in cost management or quantity surveying.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English written and spoken language.
