About the Role

Aegon Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor and manage client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
  • Provide support in sales processes, including sales pitches, product amendments, and new product launches.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics, ensuring that they are aligned with client needs and business objectives.
  • Participate in project work, including process improvements and new initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, identifying and reporting any risks or issues.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
