We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our aerospace manufacturing systems.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating optimal manufacturing systems based on our current and emergent technologies for both New Product Introduction and existing incumbent product lines to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop manufacturing systems that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing systems with other business processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage complex projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk assessment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial architecture.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing system design technologies, aerospace manufacturing & operational management philosophy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
