Job Description

">

We are seeking part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care using our tech-enabled platform. As a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Expert, you will provide counseling to clients with varying needs, from short-term goal-focused support to employer health plans allowing multiple sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Counsel adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.">
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team.">
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care upholding our values of diversity and inclusion.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must:

">
  • ">
  • Be properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Netherlands.">
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience.">
  • Have access to a computer or laptop, be comfortable with technology, and be tele-health competent.">
  • Be available to offer some amount of monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members.">
  • Have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.">
  • Be comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.">
