Functie

Voor een overheidsorganisatie in Gelderland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Inkoopmedewerker. De inzet is 24 uur per week.

De Vacature

Voor een overheidsorganisatie in Gelderland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Inkoopmedewerker. De inzet is 24 uur per week.

Als inkoopmedewerker kom je het inkoopteam versterken en ondersteun je bij inkoopprocessen binnen verschillende afdelingen. Samen met de inkoopadviseur en een enthousiast team ga je aan de slag om de inkooppraktijken naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Onder jouw werkzaamheden vallen onder andere het begeleiden en uitvoeren van inkoopprocessen, maar ook het geven van advies bij aanbestedingen, en het zorgvuldig beheren van de inkoopadministratie. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het opstellen van inkoopdocumenten en zorg je voor up-to-date inkoopinformatie.

Kortom, een uitdagende opdracht voor een enthousiaste inkoopmedewerker.



Jouw profiel

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding;
  • Je hebt het liefst een inkoopopleiding gevolgd (zoals NEVI 1 of een vergelijkbare opleiding);
  • Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren over inkoop en aanbestedingen;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je eerder binnen een publieke organisatie gewerkt;
  • Je bent enthousiast over het inkoop vak en weet dit enthousiasme over te brengen op je collega's.


Het aanbod

Aanbod:

  • De startdatum is begin september;
  • De duur van de opdracht is 6 maanden, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging;
  • De inzet is voor gemiddeld 24 uur per week;
  • Een uitdagende opdracht met uitstekende voorwaarden of een passend zzp-tarief;
  • Hybride werken is in overleg mogelijk.
