Quality Implementation Architect Leader

In a rapidly evolving manufacturing landscape, we are seeking an exceptional Quality Implementation Architect to spearhead the implementation of our quality assurance strategy in Europe.

As a key member of our Walraven Group team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our manufacturing quality standards and quality systems across various locations.

We aim to achieve this through a structured approach, translating our EU QA strategy into actionable project plans, and subsequently rolling out FMEA & Control plans within Manufacturing NL, CZ, and TR. Your responsibilities will also include setting up and managing the EU QA project team, developing standardized tools and methodologies to secure quality, and organizing change management activities to ensure a seamless transition.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in project management, change management, and process improvement. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate EU QA strategy into project plans (PID)
  • Implement FMEA & Control plans within Manufacturing NL, CZ, and TR
  • Set up and manage EU QA project team
  • Develop and implement standardized tools and methodologies to secure quality
  • Organize change management activities, including stakeholder management, communication planning, and training

This is a 2-year contract, with the possibility of further development opportunities within Quality or the business after completion of the implementation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manufacturing Director and will be part of the Walraven Group's European operations.
