Job Title: Lease Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our Global Lease Administration team. As a Lease Administrator, you will play a critical role in reviewing and administering commercial lease agreements within our European portfolio for Foot Locker, Inc.
Responsibilities:
* Track and process lease documents, including abstracting and setup of new lease documents, amendments, termination agreements, and other related documents
* Maintain and ensure 100% data integrity within the Real Estate Lease Management system (Lucernex/Accruent)
* Review and interpret lease language to determine rental obligations and critical dates, such as renewal options, permanent break options, termination rights, and other key lease provisions
* Coordinate lease information and address inquiries with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance Departments
* Actively participate in departmental projects as required
* Follow up on administrative tasks and financial issues or inquiries
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Fluency in English; French fluency will be highly preferred and prioritized
* 1-3 years of experience in a related role
* Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel
* Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet specific deadlines
* Excellent verbal and communicational skills
* Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail
* Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow
