We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Management Expert to join our team at Enterpryze Consulting Ltd. in The Hague, Netherlands.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing time, cost, and quality of all facets of assigned projects, ensuring effective coordination with customers, and motivating project teams through clear guidance and work assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply standard project management techniques in accordance with the Prince2 methodology, including change control, risk/issue management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans in Service Now and comply with NCIA Directives and project management best practices.
  • Monitor and control project progress to ensure resources are utilised within approved budget and timelines.
  • Sustain effective communications with stakeholders, providing briefings and organising meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Mastery's degree from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Recognised project management qualification (Prince2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes, PMI Knowledge area, Agile).
  • Extensive experience in applying multi-discipline engineering and management techniques, IT implementation projects, supplier management, and contract management.
  • Experience in creating Price Proposals and Invitation for Bids competition packages, leading Project Boards, and proficiently managing internal and external customers.
  • A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with project planning toolsets, preferably Service Now.
  • Recognised Service Management qualification (ITIL Foundation, ITIL specialist courses).
  • Experience in private and/or public cloud infrastructure deployment, user and application migration projects.
Estimated Salary:

€80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

This salary estimate is based on industry standards for senior project management roles in the Netherlands.
