Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the technical and functional expert for our risk management solutions, including the Bowtie method and barrier thinking.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive the adoption of our solutions.
  • Crafting and delivering compelling demos to showcase our solutions to clients.
  • Facilitating training sessions on risk management methodologies and software.
  • Spearheading consultancy and support implementations.
  • Representing our company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as process safety, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in pre-sales within a software/SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience with risk management, health & safety, barrier management, or process safety.
  • A self-starter with a thirst for learning and growth.
