Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to provide daily guidance and support to management across key functional areas, including communication, human resources, revenue growth, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and operational support to managers in executing processes that meet client needs.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation of freight.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs to meet organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Analyze operational activities, costs, and forecasts to track progress toward business development goals.
  • Review and evaluate financial performance and set short-term goals to address budgetary challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and profitability.
  • Communicate directives and procedures to all personnel and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Motivate staff and foster effective relationships with peers, executives, and clients.
  • Oversee the professional development and productivity of team members, ensuring training and project requirements are met.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and address performance issues in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and innovations.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze complex regulations and procedures.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple projects and setting priorities.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Proficiency in allocating decision-making authority and task responsibilities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to respond to inquiries from clients and team members.
  • Stability and resilience in performance under pressure.
  • Able to commute to the office on a daily basis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
  • A High School Diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience is required, including at least 5 years of success in leading and managing high-performance teams.
  • A minimum of 6 years of industry-related experience is necessary.
