We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Corbion, a global leader in lactic acid and its derivatives. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving innovation and advancing our data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and improvement.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support business strategy and drive informed decision-making.
About You
- Academic degree (MSc / Phd) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Software development skills and good practices such as Git, release management, unit tests, testing strategy.
- DevOps/ Agile way of working.
- Analytical mindset and a critical way of thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
