Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Fugro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs focused on leadership and business skills.

Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with stakeholders to create engaging learning materials and programs that meet the needs of our employees. You will work closely with the Global Learning Advisor, Regional L&D and HR Partner, Learning Delivery Manager, and the Global Head of Learning to ensure that our learning initiatives align with the company's vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop blended learning materials and programs for leadership and business skills.
  • Manage and collaborate with the Learning Program Manager and Learning Support team to support the portfolios.
  • Ensure the design, development, and approval of learning designs, quality review, acceptance of content, and communication of deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date on leading-edge solutions, features, and functionality to incorporate into the design and development of learning solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to blend internally created content with externally sourced resources to provide the highest impact experience for the learner.
  • Assist in the deployment of content to Fugro Academy Learning environment in collaboration with HRIS colleagues.
  • Follow Fugro Academy process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.
  • Gather relevant learning data, gain insights, and translate to actions for building a learning culture and internal continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with vendors for programs supported externally.
  • Share passion for learning with the enterprise through marketing activities, fostering a learning culture with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, implementing learning solutions for leadership and business skills.
  • Relevant BSc or MSc degree.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
