Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at HSD Campus. As a Junior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating the security of devices installed in the grid, ensuring the reliable delivery of electricity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform penetration testing on operational systems to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  • Test components to ensure they meet security requirements and are secure in their configuration, use, and traffic.
  • Assess the security of deployed devices and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve testing tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in network security testing or a related field.
  • Understanding of communication protocols, such as TCP and UDP.
  • Basic programming experience.
  • Curious and willing to learn.
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable Skills

  • Security-related certifications, such as OSCP, or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience with security testing tools, such as Nessus, Burp, or Metasploit.
  • Python programming experience.
