As a green education instructor, your primary focus will be to inspire students through interactive and practical lessons centered on garden design, maintenance, and urban greening initiatives. It is crucial to foster a positive learning environment, adapting your teaching strategies based on student feedback. Your role will be to instill the significance of sustainability and environmental stewardship, equipping students with essential knowledge and skills for their future endeavors.

• Valid teaching certification for vocational education in progress or a commitment to obtain one;
• Strong affinity with the student demographic;
• Proactive and engaged mindset, open to taking on additional responsibilities as needed;
• Ability to innovate and develop your subject area while connecting with other disciplines;

Benefits:
We offer a dynamic work environment with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The position falls within salary scale LB, ranging from €3,532 to €5,228 gross monthly for full-time employment, in accordance with the mbo collective labor agreement. Additional benefits include:

• 8.33% year-end bonus;
