About Europe Distributor Markets (EDM)

The EDM Marketing team operates Coty's Prestige portfolio of over 20 fragrance, make-up, and skincare brands in over 40 markets across EMEA, through 20+ independent distributors and eComm pure players. We're a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers, shaping the future of our brands in markets with over 350 million consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Brand Managers in new brand launches across our region
  • Support Brand Managers in the launch management of new innovation within our existing portfolio
  • Conduct post-launch analysis reports for top countries
  • Stay abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches, and create presentation materials as needed
  • Drive creation of internal presentations
  • Work closely with brand managers, media, and DSRs to ensure marketing and media strategies are aligned with objectives and global guidelines
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed
  • Provide the global teams with commercial updates (e.g., trade plans, distribution)
  • Support Brand Managers in administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Currently studying a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in the Beauty industry and eComm/Digital
  • EU citizens must be enrolled in a European university for the internship duration; non-EU citizens must be enrolled in a Dutch university

Internship Details

This is a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 6 months, starting from August 2024. You'll receive an internship allowance and an NS Business Card if you don't have a student public transport card.
