Job Summary:

Oracle's EMEA Applications Marketing team is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead the execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering results-oriented marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix to build awareness, generate new business leads, and progress prospects through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Applications marketing team to plan and manage campaign execution, ensuring alignment with regional sales priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive regional allbound C360 submissions, including quick serve, region-specific events, and local activity/asset needs, and liaise with Campaign Activation & Shared Service teams on submission templates, Wrike intake process, and RACI plans for delivery.
  • Support outbound call campaign execution with messaging and touch plan support and enablement, and provide sales leaders with program reporting and execution metrics.
  • Review campaign performance, provide detailed analysis and commentary, and make recommendations to ensure lead targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and events within a B2B organisation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with business-level English and a second European language.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and deadline compliance, with strong project management skills.
  • Experience working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures.
