Job Title: Service Engineer Material Handling Systems Midden/Zuid Nederland

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Betaprofs. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational maintenance of material handling systems at various customer locations in the Midden and Zuid Netherlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex material handling systems
  • Install new system upgrades and modifications
  • Conduct complete system revisions and large-scale maintenance projects
  • Train customers on new system features and functionality
  • Work from home and create service plans
  • Maintain customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
Requirements:
  • Technical background with experience in machine maintenance and electro-technical knowledge
  • MBO work and thinking level in mechatronics or electro-technical background
  • Knowledge of PLCs and control systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a clear overview
  • Flexibility and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to plan and organize own work, with a willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands
  • Strong analytical, initiative-taking, responsible, and independent mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • VCA certification
