Role Overview

As a key member of the Nutreco team, you will play a vital role in synchronizing the sales and operations activities of our Global Supply Points in the EU. The primary objective of this position is to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of our S&OP process, ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and customer demand.
  • Develop and maintain the Supply Network Plan for our two main Global products, Feed Additives and YAF, based on a 1-15 months' time horizon.
  • Monitor progress against the plan through regular contact with stakeholders, including Production & Material Planning, Supply Points/Plant teams, Customer Services, and other Supply Network Planners.
  • Maintain Supply Network planning master data, systems, and software, and analyze trends to enhance the forecast.
  • Propose improvements to the planning process and implement them.
  • Participate in various projects to improve End-2-End Supply Chain reliability and planning processes, collaborating with key customer planning teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convince and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build bridges between stakeholders.
  • At least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience within a larger supply chain organization.
  • Fluent in English, preferably also Dutch.
