About the Role

The Medical Affairs Manager Metabolics and Epilepsy Benelux is a critical position within Danone, responsible for driving the medical affairs strategy for the metabolics and epilepsy category in the Benelux region. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical and scientific aspects of the category, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute medical affairs strategies and tactics to support the growth of the metabolics and epilepsy category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical sales, to drive scientific and medical content, rationales, and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Plan and execute educational events and scientific training programs to support the medical affairs strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and advancements in the field of metabolics and epilepsy.

About You

  • Master's or PhD degree in Nutrition, (para-) medical background, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in medical affairs, with a strong understanding of the medical and scientific aspects of the metabolics and epilepsy category.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
