Warehouse Operations Manager

Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse and distribution center, you will be responsible for assisting the warehouse supervisors in managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse workers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise utilizing pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Supervise warehouse workers to ensure they are meeting productivity standards and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process basic shipping and receiving paperwork, including tracking and verifying inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisors.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and ability to utilize a buddy system for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office preferred.
- Ability to do basic math calculations.
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
- English proficiency, Dutch is a plus.
