As a Strategic Energy Transition Specialist, you'll play a central role in driving sustainable business performance improvements and guiding our clients through their transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Leadership: Collaborate closely with client organizations to understand their challenges, objectives, and aspirations. Lead the development and implementation of transformational strategies, ensuring alignment with their long-term vision.
  • Innovation and Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative strategies that enable clients to adapt to changing market dynamics, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and address potential risks.
  • Roadmap Definition: Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps that outline the necessary steps, timelines, and resources required to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Result-Oriented Execution: Take on both commercial and delivery responsibilities to drive the successful implementation of transformation initiatives and ensure they meet or exceed the targeted results.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and disruptions in the energy & transport sectors. Use your insights to develop forward-thinking recommendations to clients and create training programs while sharing knowledge internally.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, guiding and mentoring consultants to enhance their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
  • A network at relevant transport and/or energy companies.
  • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills.
  • The ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
