Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team at VDL Enabling Transport Solutions. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and to-specification completion.

About the Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinating and managing project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, and developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EE hardware and software, as well as system and vehicle-level integration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Experience with agile and lean project management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
