We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Euronext Corporate Services. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Account Management teams in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing in our CRM system.
- Provide sales-related support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance our sales and customer service processes.
- Work closely with our technology team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
- Manage a portfolio of smaller, unmanaged clients and maintain regular communication through email.
- Support Account Managers in optimizing the sales process, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
