As a Logistics Coordinator at Tempo Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing orders, tracking inventory, and collaborating with team members.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be working closely with our order picking team to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing orders from receipt to dispatch
  • Tracking and reporting inventory levels
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment where you can grow and develop your skills. Our warehouse is located in Alphen aan den Rijn, making it easily accessible by car.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €15.14 per hour
  • Weekly payment
  • Evening extra payment of 25% and 50%
  • Weekends free
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Chance for a permanent contract after 2 months

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be available to work at least 3 days per week and have your own transportation to get to the workplace.

Requirements
  • Dutch and/or English language skills
  • Availability of at least 3 days per week

In this role, you will be working in a busy warehouse environment where you will be collecting orders from bins and preparing them for dispatch. You will use a computer system to track your progress and receive instructions on which bins to visit next. Your goal is to collect the correct items and prepare them for dispatch in a timely manner.

Work Environment

You will be working in a shared workspace with other employees, and you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment. The working hours are from 12:30-18:00 and 18:00-00:00, Monday to Friday. We offer a friendly and supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
