Aspiring Designer

We are seeking an ambitious and creative individual to join our team as an Aspiring Designer. This role offers a unique chance to develop skills in lingerie and swimwear design, working alongside experienced designers in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

As an Aspiring Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the design team in the development of collections, including:

• Supporting designers in the creation of designs, patterns, and prototypes;
• Understanding the overall development of a collection, from trend presentation to final product delivery;
• Preparing detailed technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator;
• Developing colour cards and coordinating with suppliers;
• Assisting with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department;
• Collaborating across departments to gain insight into different areas of the business;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong foundation in fashion design, preferably studying Design (HBO/Bachelors/Masters) at a reputable institution;
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, with experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
• A keen eye for colour and print, with a passion for fashion and creativity;
• The ability to work effectively under deadlines while maintaining a stress-free attitude;
