About the Role

Fugro is seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to take on the role of Global Director of Fleet Services. This pivotal position is essential for steering our growing global fleet management towards enhanced safety, operational excellence, and sustainability, with a targeted ambition to achieve net-zero emissions by 2035.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-responsibility for the overall performance and management of our fleet management.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices across global vessel management.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in ship management, with at least 3 years serving on a Management Team.
  • A deep understanding of the maritime industry, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and decision-making in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Your experience should include managing large-scale operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
