Functieomschrijving
Als je aan de slag gaat als Loodgieter bij fleox, is geen dag meer hetzelfde. Het werk voer je voornamelijk uit in de woningbouw, waarbij je werkzaam bent bij diverse nieuwbouwprojecten, maar af en toe komt het ook voor dat je ingezet wordt bij utiliteit. De grootte van een project varieert. Het komt voor dat het 60 woningen zijn, waarbij het een andere keer slechts 8 woningen zijn. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit:
  • Lezen en begrijpen van de werktekening;
  • Montage en installatie van o.a. water-, riolering--, verwarm en koelsystemen, waterleidingen en afvoeren;
  • Lekkages ontdekken;
  • Diverse reparatiewerkzaamheden.
Functie-eisen
Jij houdt je rustig in situaties waar je een probleem op moet lossen. Als Loodgieter bij fleox kun je snel schakelen en herken je je in onderstaande punten:
  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de richting van Installatietechniek;
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring (3-5 jaar);
  • Woonachtig in omgeving Utrecht;
  • Geldig VCA en een rijbewijs B.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Als Loodgieter bij fleox heb je veel afwisseling en uitdaging in je werk. Bij het bedrijf waar je gaat werken zijn diverse doorgroeimogelijkheid. Verder kun je het volgende verwachten:
  • Goed salaris tussen de € 2.710 en € 3.480 bruto per maand. Afhankelijk van jouw eerdere werkervaring;
  • Uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • Bus van de zaak (incl. materiaal);
  • Pensioenregeling volgens CAO;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding € 0,23 per gereden km;
  • Vakantiedagen, ATV dagen en vakantiegeld.
