Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Sevenum, Netherlands. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and services to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, including carrier pickups, return shipments, and customer corrections.
  • Communicate with sales and asset teams on shipment status and with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day shipment handling, including document creation, follow-up with shipping docks, and interaction with customs teams.
  • Oversee driver reception, including receipt of drivers and dock assigning.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Dutch, and German.
  • Flexibility to work in multiple shifts.
  • Service-oriented problem-solving skills.
