Subject Matter Expert End-to-End Planning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our European IT team as a Subject Matter Expert End-to-End Planning Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of a new end-to-end planning tool, Kinaxis, and become the IT reference person for the solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Refresco in the implementation of Kinaxis, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy planning solutions.
  • Contribute to the definition and harmonization of business processes related to demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, and MRP.
  • Perform fit gap analysis to replace legacy solutions with the newly selected European planning tool.
  • Design and document interfaces between Kinaxis and other systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
  • Support our user community with testing, training, and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with business process owners, functional directors, key users, and other IT colleagues to ensure the harmonization of planning processes and tools.
  • Customize the Kinaxis application or coordinate with external partners for customization.
About You
  • You have a University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional IT consultant, preferably using Kinaxis technology.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Experience or exposure to SAP is preferred.
  • You must be fluent in English and have an additional European language as a plus.
  • You possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
